Day 150
I'm a little disheartened today. It is already April 6 and I am no closer to publishing than I was at the beginning of the year. I must be procrastinating for a reason. My health is not the best do mostly to my weight. It is difficult to get motivated when I am always rundown.
I have so many reasons to get in shape. When I do publish I will need to promote my book. As in book signings. Amazon will do a lot to promote my book online. But I will still need to do my share of online promotion. I can't do this if I'm always tired and napping.
What will it take to make me stop over eating and get in shape?
