Day 175

Tonight is the night I have to do my sleep study. I'll drive an hour and a half to the sleep study center, have wires pasted to my head, have a mask fitted over my nose and mouth, and then be expected to go to sleep.

I have a hard enough time falling asleep in my own bed without all of the accouterments.

Plus I am used to having my cat sleeping with me.

After what I assume will be a sleepless night, I get to drive an hour and a half home. Then get some sleep.

My sleep cycle will be screwed for another 3 weeks.
